[CHARLOTTE, NC, MONDAY, JULY 11, 2022] Catalyst Business Services, LLC, a marketing and business development company representing law firm clients and vendors in the financial services industry, recently welcomed Sidney P. Mack to the company. Sidney has been hired as an Account Executive and will be dedicated to promoting solutions and delivering results.  Catalyst’s Co-Owner and Advisor, Adam Hansen shares, “Sidney is young, vibrant and engaging, with a demonstrated work ethic and strong communications skills.   We are very excited to have Sidney on board.  Her compassion and people-skills will surely be an asset to our company and will benefit our client relations”.  


Sidney has over two years' experience in the servicing industry.  In her last position as an Assigned Recruiter at Aerotek, LLC, she recruited for internal and external positions, reviewed contracts and legal documentation, and conducted contract negotiations.  She has extensive experience with brand marketing, new client onboarding processes, and easily develops relationships with industry contacts.  Sidney looks forward to utilizing her past experience, while gaining knowledge at Catalyst to aid in business development opportunities with current and future clients.  Sidney received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from The State University of New York at Fredonia in 2020.

Lyons McCloskey Partners with Catalyst

[Alexandria, VA| Wednesday, September 29, 2021] Lyons McCloskey, a financial services consulting group is announcing that they are partnering with Catalyst Business Services, LLC regarding the Standardized Law Firm Audit and Law Firm Readiness Assessment tools created and managed by the company.

The Audit tool is a standardized audit of law firms in default servicing and was developed over the course of many years through an MBA Loan Administration Committee work group, with the support of the GSE’s and other oversight agencies. The development of the Standardized Law Firm Audit was a cooperative effort with participation from MBA, ALFN, USFN, and over 20 servicers and law firms in the default servicing industry. The audit was created utilizing the policies established by FNMA, FHLMC, CFPB, and the OCC and provides servicers with increased efficiency and cost-savings. This audit product allows servicers and lenders to have access to a comprehensive standard audit, and the law firms have the benefit of their audit being accessible by multiple servicers.

The Readiness Assessment is a post-moratorium look into law firm readiness and viability moving forward, with the same high standards and comprehensive review of each firm as provided by the audit.
