3 Ways to Build Better Habits in 2021

1/12/2021

“The Chains of Habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken”
Warren Buffet 2018

  • Purposeful Social Media- Away with the old and ring in the new! You may have a habit of layering on content in social media, but is it purposeful or planned? Do you have a content plan for each quarter that aligns with your marketing and business development strategy?
  • Zigzag Thinking - In marketing and business development, knowing your competition and your audience is vital. How well do you know your audience? Do you know who your competition is? Just because another company operates in your market or in your state, does not mean that they are YOUR competition. It is easy to be caught following not leading, leaving your firm a step behind and lost in zigzag thinking.
  • Prep, then prep again! - One thing we learned in 2020 is that you need to be prepared for anything, including potential volume in 2021. Do you run tests of all operations? Do you know your points of failure? And importantly is your tech, process and operation the best it can be? Yes, clients will look under the hood and seek well trained staff and efficient operations.
At Catalyst we have over 40 years of cumulative experience in law firm process management, operations management, marketing, and business development. We believe that every firm can improve their brand and operations for better ROI and to attract and retain more clients! Let us help you build better habits in 2021.

Three Reasons to Seek Comprehensive Outsourced Solutions

11/24/2020

  1. Saving Money, Saving Time
A fully outsourced solution is like having an entire department of expertise at your fingertips- that can grow! Through outsourcing we are able to apply our expertise and bring in resources that your firm previously would have to contract for individually. This umbrella approach can internally streamline services and we can pass on the savings to you.
  2. Right Hand knows what Left Hand is doing
Yep, coordinating between multiple companies as vendors can be a real headache. We can provide seamless coordinated communication through the use of internal project management and communications software. If we need to add specific talent to the team we can easily do that and provide extended services to you that are well coordinated internally.
  3. Supplement and Pivot
We know that you like doing your own business development, and we won't force a set formula on your firm that confines or stifles your efforts. Our client information portal and Objectives and Key Results meetings, serve as the catalyst to spark action, showing where to disrupt and pivot, and moving your firm through the carefully crafted roadmap we provide and nurture. We welcome your attorneys, client relations staff and others to join hands with our outsourced comprehensive solutions, a win-win for all.
